"Wall Street Challenge" Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Midwest Professional Planners Wall Street Challenge, log onto www.mpplplan.com to complete and submit the official entry form (all entries must include full names, address, ages, and phone number). All entries must be submitted to www.mpplplan.com. Starting date is February 1, 2003. Entries will be accepted through February 1, 2003.
2. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Contest dates February 1, 2003 through April 30, 2003.
4. Team Names will be accepted at the discretion of Midwest Professional Planners.
5. Complete team standings will be listed on the MPPL website. The winning portfolio will be selected on April 30, 2003. Midwest Professional Planners will present an award to the winning team.
6. ALL DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES ARE FINAL.
7. Grand Prize: Dartboard Trophy Retail Value: $50.00, $200.00 cash. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Any taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of the winners.
8. All participating sponsors are NOT responsible for mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut or torn entries, nor for printing errors of any kind and all such entries shall be null and void, to be determined at the discretion of judges/sponsors.
9. All participating sponsors are NOT responsible for lost, late, misdirected, non-delivered or postage-due entries by mail or Internet.
10. All entries become the property of Midwest Professional Planners, LTD and will not be returned.
11. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Rules and Conditions.
12. There will be no cash or substitutions of prizes except sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prizes of equal or greater value in the event that prizes are unavailable for any reason.
13. Conditions: Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an indemnity agreement, and advertising release within 10 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners will also be required to sign a Receipt-Release Form when any prizes are presented to them.
14. By participating in this contest, participant relieves Midwest Professional Planners, LTD and any other concerned parties in this promotion from all liabilities or debts incurred while participating in this event. Participant also indemnifies Midwest Professional Planners, LTD and also participating sponsors against any and all claims or lawsuits that may be brought in any manner from this event.
15. Sponsors accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages arising from the prize awarded in this contest.
16. Employees of Midwest Professional Planners, their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate.
17. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply.
18. Presence not required to win the grand prize.
19. Noncompliance with these Official Rules and Conditions will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be chosen from the remaining qualified entries.

21. In the event of a tie, a drawing will be held.

No more than 5 teams will be accepted from one school. (Jr. & Sr. High will be considered as separate schools.
